How it Works
Product is conveyed onto EXR bed. Rollers singulate product for accurate sizing. As product moves down the sizer bed, distance between rollers expands, and product falls through to the exit conveyors. The sized product is conveyed to the right or left to the next processing station.
Features
• Size adjustments are independent of one another. Adjust sizes on each conveyor without affecting sizes on adjacent conveyors.
• Size adjustments are made by rotating a crank. This is done while machine is in operation or when it is stopped.
• Size range of 1/4″–6″.

• Exit conveyors designed to: accommodate the number of size categories needed for the product or fit product flow requirements
• Adjustable height to fit any specification
