The stainless steel tank is filled with water. Product is dumped into the water from either a Lakewood Bin Dumper, or manually from a forklift. As the product gets it’s initial wash, our propeller system recirculates the water, forcing the dumped product onto the flighted conveyor belt (included with purchase of a Lakewood Dump Tank) which conveys the product onto the next piece of equipment in line.
