How it Works
Berries are conveyed onto the belt bed consisting of many parallel round urethane bands. The bands are set apart from one another causing a gap for debris to drop away from good berries. As berries move across the sizer bed, the distance between the bands expands all the way to the discharge end, allowing small debris to fall through to the exit conveyor without damage caused by pinching of the bands. The unwanted berries are conveyed to the right or left. The remaining berries discharge onto the next machine in the grade line.

• Variations can be made during operation to drop out more or less berries and debris.
• Clusters will fall off the rear of the machine if desired
